Discovery & research
To kick things off, we need to get to know all about you and your business - your goals, objectives and competitors. Once we’ve gathered enough knowledge and insight we’ll produce a project brief and work through a framework to build a project roadmap detailing each task. Once we’ve agreed on a brief and project plan, we get going with the creative bit.
Design & UX strategy
We'll start by developing front-end design concepts to suit your brand and align to your requirements. We’ll also build out the navigation structure and landing page templates, from Homepage to Information page and Contact Us or Checkout. We’ll also confirm the Content Management System we’ll use to build your site, from Wix and Shopify, to WordPress and Salesforce - we work with the CMS that’s right for your business.
Build & launch
You’ll then be able to feedback and approve the website design concepts and page structure. Once you’re happy with the visuals and the UX, we’ll begin the technical part. At this stage we’ll be setting up your domain, hosting and email addresses and we’ll also be making sure that your website is technically built to the best performance level for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Continual improvement
Continual optimisation and development of a website is key and to help with this we also set up Google Analytics. This means you can access data about your website and your customers at any time.
